Delivery areas
We deliver anywhere in Johor. Delivery is free for orders of RM1,000 or more; below that the delivery fee is RM45. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order. KL, Selangor and the rest of West Malaysia: delivery fee on request — message us on WhatsApp.
Age verification on delivery
All products sold by JohorBeer are age-restricted. Our delivery team will ask for a valid photo ID (MyKad, passport or driving licence) showing that the recipient is aged 21 or above. Orders are not delivered to Muslims. If valid ID cannot be shown, or the recipient appears intoxicated, the order will not be handed over.
Failed deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered because no eligible adult is available to receive it, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may change due to traffic, weather or stock availability. We will contact you if there is a delay.
